Shipping

  • Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be emailed over to you so you can track your order on WEB-sites of the corresponding curriers.

  • Can I get my order delivered to a PO box address?

Yes, you can have your order delivered to a PO Box by USPS. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping and you can choose currier and shipping rate during Check-out. Shipping charges will be calculated for you based on the package destination and weight.

Please be aware that your order may incur additional customs charges on arrival in your country, which you will have to pay in order to get your package.

  • My order arrived damaged. Please help!

Really sorry to hear it! Please contact us at contact@hedonist-chicago.com so we can issue a refund or send out a new order straightaway. It would be very helpful if you could include a photo of the damage so we can determine whether we need to contact the shipper as well.  

  • How do I cancel my order?

Please, note that you cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. If you want to cancel it before it’s been shipped, just contact us at contact@hedonist-chicago.com and we will help you. 

  • Can I add items to my order after I have hit the place order/confirmation button?

Sure, you can either place another order on our website or contact us at contact@hedonist-chicago.com and we will help you. 

Payment

  • What are my payment options?

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard. We also accepts PayPal and ShopPay to pay in 4 interest-free installments.

  • Can I pay in parts?

Yes, you can. We offer the payment via ShopPay  to pay in 4 interest-free installments.

  • Do you have a warranty policy?

We care deeply about the quality of our products and carefully inspect each item before it is shipped to you. If you believe there is a material defect with your order, please contact us immediately after receipt, so we can help you to resolve.

  • What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from your order date to make a return. To be eligible for return, an item must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories in its original packaging. Please check here for more details.

Belts 

  • Can I remove the buckle so I can connect the strap to my own?

We can do it for you but as far as this procedure is not complicated as well so yes, you don't have to be too handy to shorten the belt yourself from the buckle end.

  • How do I figure out my belt size?

For the best fit, just buy one size larger than your waist. So for example, if you are a size 36" waist then choose a 38" belt.

On each belt page you may click on the Sizing Chart picture and there is a chart showing the measurement to the center hole of the belt. Compare your measurement to that and order that size. If you are in-between sizes, then round up.

If you want to measure a belt, you have to measure from where the buckle meets the leather to the hole you are wearing the belt in comfortably. It does not matter where that hole is. Your new belt will fit in the center hole using that measurement.

  • Can you shorten my belt, or can I do it myself?

We can do it for you but as far as this procedure is not complicated as well so yes, you don't have to be too handy to shorten the belt yourself from the buckle end.

  • How far apart the holes on the belts are?

The spacing of the holes on our holed belts is 3/4" center to center. It's a bit different to compare with 1" spacing on the most belts available on the market today. We make this spacing shorten to provide our customers with a bit more comfortability and flexibility.

  • Can I order a custom size?

We offer a variety of belts of different sizes to make sure you can get the one you need. Please use "Need help?" button on the right bottom corner to let us know if you need assistance.

  • What size belts can you make?

We offer variety of belts sizes from 34 to 56. Please, check the size chart image on the product detail page to see which one fits best for you.

  • Can I buy just the buckle?

Yes, you can. Check our buckles category on the website to find the perfect match for your belt.

  • Can I buy one belt and multiple leather straps to switch them out weekly?

Yes, you can. We offer a lot of types of belt straps and buckles . Just find the ones that you like and order them. 

Wallets 

  • What is the difference between a bifold and trifold wallet?

Bifold units usually have the shape of a rectangle, and you can fold them in half. Unlike that, trifold wallets have two flaps and the center section. Each area is a third of the total product’s length, and you can fold the flaps to the middle. In the bifold VS trifold wallet showdown, it all comes down to choosing one that suits you better. 

  • Do you have a wallet with RFID Security?

All our wallets have RFID Security. If you have cards, passports, or devices with RFID chips, then an RFID-blocking wallet could be important for keeping your data safe.

  • Why should I care about full grain leather?

Full-grain leather is the strongest and most durable leather. Additionally, since the grain is so tight, it resists moisture very well. Over time, full-grain leather will look nicer and nicer and develop a patina from being handled. 

  • Will my item look like the product pictures?

We make sure to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages.

  • Can you do custom orders?

You can either personalize your item with hot stamping by using the special section on the product detail page or order a custom belt via this page
