Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Hedonist Chicago. If you are not satisfied with you purchase, you have 30 days from your order date to make a return.

To be eligible for return, an item must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories in its original packaging.

Return:

All returns may be made by mail via USPS services, or via original method of shipping, in case of international orders. We offer free return for items which purchase price is $35.00 and more within the territory of USA. International customers will be responsible for their return expenses regardless purchase price of the item.

You can return purchased item and receive either store credit or a refund.

Store credit: We will issue a virtual Hedonist Chicago Gift Card for your return amount within 3 days after receipt of the returned item if it corresponds to our policy.

Refund: We will refund to your original form of payment within 3 business days after receipt of the returned item if it corresponds to our policy.

In case of improper condition of returned item, we may deduct a service fee up to 50 % of the purchase price from your refund amount. To be eligible for full refund, an item must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return of customized items as well as items marked as Final Sale.

Please follow the instructions below to return your item.

Use "Contact Us" Form on the right bottom corner of our WEB-site. Please include your order number and reason of return in the request.
Alternatively you can email us at with attached pictures of returning item.
We shall provide you with shipping label once your request received.
Print out shipping label and attach it to the package.
Drop package at the nearest post office.
Check your payment account in 3-5 business days to make sure you received refund.

Exchange can take longer time because of mailing procedures. This is the reason why WE DO NOT PROVIDE EXCHANGE SERVICE. If you want to exchange the item, please return it and buy a new one. We will send you refund according to our policy.
