1-Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty
Every Hedonist Chicago wallet and small leather good is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the purchase date. If something goes wrong that’s on us, we’ll repair or replace it.
What’s covered
- Stitching or hardware failure due to manufacturing
- Delamination, loose lining, or faulty snaps/zippers
- Material defects not caused by misuse
Not covered
- Normal wear & tear, scratches, patina, or natural aging of leather
- Water/heat damage, chemical exposure, improper care
- Personalization mistakes due to customer input
- Loss/theft, accidental damage
How to get service (3 easy steps)
- Email contact@hedonist-chicago.com with your order # and 2–3 photos of the issue.
- We confirm eligibility within 2 business days and send return instructions.
- We repair or replace and ship back to you.
Shipping

US: For approved warranty claims, we provide a prepaid return label.
- International: Customer covers inbound shipping; we cover the return after repair/replacement.
Timing
Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Issues like failed stitching, separated layers, faulty snaps/zippers, or material defects not caused by use or care conditions.
Do I need the original packaging?
No—just your order number and photos of the issue.
Are personalized items covered?
Yes, if the problem is a manufacturing defect. Customer-input engraving/initials errors aren’t covered.
How long does the process take?
We usually resolve claims within 5–10 business days after receiving the product.
Who pays shipping?
For approved US claims we provide the return label. International customers cover inbound shipping; we cover the return after repair or replacement.
