Order your trouser waist size. The strap ships pre-trimmed to that measurement. The ratchet track provides about one inch of micro-adjustment in either direction. Between sizes, order up. Because there are no holes, you're not limited to fixed positions, the fit is exact every time.

How do I trim this brown silver-buckle belt strap to my exact size?
Press the lever on the back of the buckle to release the strap. Cut from the tail end using the printed size markings on the strap's back as a guide. Reinsert the strap into the buckle until it clicks into the track. Trim in small increments and check the fit after each cut.
