Brown is a mid-tone that works with earth tones, grey, and navy. The smooth leather strap has the HC logo press-embossed near the tail. The silver automatic buckle clicks open with a press and slides off the strap, swap in any HC 1.38-inch strap or buckle. The ratchet track adjusts precisely; no holes means the fit isn't limited to six fixed positions.

How do I size this brown leather automatic belt?
Order your trouser waist size. The strap ships pre-trimmed to that measurement. The ratchet track provides about one inch of micro-adjustment in either direction. Between sizes, order up. Because there are no holes, you're not limited to fixed positions, the fit is exact every time.
What makes this a genuine leather ratchet belt?
The strap is top-grain leather, a dense, durable cut of cowhide. The ratchet mechanism inside the strap replaces traditional holes with a hidden track that grips the buckle at any position in quarter-inch increments. No holes to punch out, no leather weakening at hole edges over time.

How do I trim this brown silver-buckle belt strap to my exact size?
Press the lever on the back of the buckle to release the strap. Cut from the tail end using the printed size markings on the strap's back as a guide. Reinsert the strap into the buckle until it clicks into the track. Trim in small increments and check the fit after each cut.
