Yes, though you will need to cut it to length and punch a fresh hole for the pin at the new spot. Measure against a belt that currently fits before cutting, and use a proper leather hole punch rather than a blade to keep the hole clean and round.
This strap is full-grain leather in a deep dark brown, chosen for its strength under the pin and clip closure, which places more stress on the leather near the hole than a ratchet system does. The wider 1.55 inch cut adds a bolder, heavier look overall.
