What size should I order for this dark brown leather belt?
Your trouser waist size. The strap arrives pre-trimmed to that measurement, and the ratchet track provides about an inch of adjustment range on either side. If you're between sizes, order up. The no-holes track means the fit isn't locked to fixed positions.
How does the ratchet mechanism work on this belt?
Slide the strap through the buckle and pull to your preferred tension, the automatic buckle locks the strap at that exact position. To release, press the lever on the buckle's back. The track system inside the strap replaces traditional holes and gives quarter-inch adjustment increments throughout.
