How does sizing work for this belt for women?

Order your trouser waist size, the size you wear in the pants this belt will go with. The belt is cut to that length and has five holes for fine adjustment. If you're unsure, order up a size.

What is the leather quality on this belt?

Full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, the top layer of the hide, tanned with plant-based agents. It's denser and more durable than corrected-grain or bonded leather. Over time it develops a personal patina from carry and wear, which improves the look rather than degrading it.

How does the reversible feature work on this belt?

The strap has two finished sides, each a different color. Flip the strap to switch between them. The buckle detaches with a simple press and reattaches to whichever side you want facing out. It takes about thirty seconds once you've done it once. Both sides have the same smooth edge-painted finish.

What finish is the buckle on this belt?

Gold. The signature HC logo buckle is the same hexagonal frame shape across the collection. The gold finish adds warmth and works well with earth tones, brown leather, and warm-palette outfits. To switch to silver, or to order an additional buckle in a different finish, contact us before placing your order.

Should I choose the 1" or 1.3" width?
